Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
6-month contract with potential to go permanent!

What the position will involve:
Performance management
Partnering with divisional managers to support on HR matters
Human resources planning and internal procedures
Learning and development
Selection and recruitment
Employment relations and other legislations
Other ad hoc duties
Does this sound like you?
At least 2 years strong generalist HR experience
Knowledge of employment legislations
Exposure to dealing with disciplinary matters
Bubbly and confident personality – the ability to build relationships with ease
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the Education sector is advantageous but not necessary
