As a Contract Analyst - Reintegration & Community Services, you will provide essential performance insights to ensure contract management and decision-making is informed by relevant data. This involves analysing and preparing monthly reporting packs and dashboards for the portfolio of reintegration contracts.
While supporting the three Managers Reintegration & Community Services and the wider team, you will gain an understanding of contract performance drivers and apply this understanding to develop insights that tell a story. You will use your Power BI query experience to create and maintain regional dashboards and data modelling skills and ability to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends to collate and critique both financial and non-financial data.
You will also prepare financial analysis on contract changes, making this a varied, stimulating and professionally challenging role. You will gain valuable exposure to outcomes-based contracts and performance management strategies.
Demonstrated advanced experience with Excel, Word & Power BI.
Demonstrated analytical, statistical and numerical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Attention to detail - keen eye for details to identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential risks.
Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The midpoint of the salary range is $85,996 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $73,097 - $103,196 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
