Contract Accountant

Join a high-performing finance team, based in a well-established private sector organisation. Having just gone live with Business Central, we are looking for an experienced senior finance professional, to hit the ground running and work across accounting-based tasks.Including:Lead accounting month-end processes on behalf of the finance teamComplex reconciliations of large accountsAssist where needed across post-implementation duties related to Business CentralEnsure all processes are run efficiently, accurately and are up to standard across finance controlsAssist the CEO and other finance professionals across required accounting-based tasks as neededWe are ideally looking for:Experience using Business Central, with confidence to pick this system up in a new role quicklyPrevious experience working in a senior finance role, preferably leading month-end and reconciliation processesCA qualified, or another equivalent finance-based qualificationHigh attention to detail, ability to work as part of a large team and develop relationships quicklyPrevious experience working as a contractor in the finance space is preferredIf you are interested, please APPLY NOW or contact Olivia Strutton: (emailprotected)Please Note: You must be an NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid right to work Visa.
