We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, proactive and driven professional to join our innovative and forward-thinking Hastings team in the role of Continuous Improvement Lead.
The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for driving, establishing and maintaining a robust framework for continuous improvement and fostering a culture that encourages innovation, accountability and engagement, at all levels.
