Key Responsibilities:

Research:
Conduct thorough research on aviation trends, company updates, and relevant topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Stay up to date with industry news to inform writing and provide timely content that resonates with our audience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support business objectives. Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, and project stakeholders to ensure content alignment across all platforms.
SEO Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Brand Voice Management:
Uphold and evolve the American Airlines brand voice across various content channels to maintain consistency and clarity. Adapt writing style based on different platforms, ensuring that content is engaging and effective.
Social Media Management:
Assist in curating and creating content for our social media platforms, fostering engagement and growth in our online community. Monitor social media trends and audience interactions to inform future content strategies.
Feedback Incorporation:
Receive and incorporate feedback from senior team members and stakeholders to refine content and align with overall strategy. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative content approaches.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 1 year of writing or content creation experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Hardworking: Willingness to put in the effort and time to produce top-quality content. Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for writing and storytelling with a desire to connect with audiences effectively.
Soft Skills:
Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to content strategies and execution. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of HTML is a plus. Knowledge of SEO practices and social media marketing principles.
