Your Role We're looking for a talented Content Editor Executive to join our Brand Engagement team and support our expanding social media strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and refining content from our network of external creators, ensuring it resonates with our brand voice and captivates our audience. Additionally, you will assist in publishing this content on our social media channels, keeping our tracking and trafficking documents organised and up-to-date.
What You'll Do Content Editing: Edit content provided by external creators, enhancing the visuals, pacing, and narrative to align with our brand's playful, innovative tone and high standards.Content Publishing: Upload finalized content to social media channels, ensuring posts are optimized for engagement and impact across platforms.Content Tracking: Maintain meticulous records within tracking and trafficking documents, ensuring all published content is logged, labelled, and tracked for performance.Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and brand marketing teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product launches.Trend Integration: Stay current with social media trends, advising on ways to incorporate them into our content for a fresh and engaging feed.Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks across all published content, maintaining consistency and alignment with our brand's visual guidelines.What You'll Bring Experience: Previous experience as a Content Editor or similar role, ideally within a brand, agency, or social media team setting.Creative Tools: Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and a keen eye for social-media-friendly content.Social Media Savvy: A solid understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and familiarity with content best practices for each.Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and track multiple content pieces, deadlines, and updates.Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to sharing ideas and supporting team goals.Passion for Play: An enthusiasm for toys, trends, and creative content that's fun, engaging, and perfectly on-brand for ZURU!What We Offer Culture for GrowthHealth & Well Being Benefits (including an onsite 24/7 gym)Global OpportunitiesSurrounded by an A Player TeamCompetitive RemunerationFurry Office FriendsLots of fresh fruit, coffee, pals fridge and moreZURU – Reimagining tomorrow #LI-FH1
