Role Name: Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills (preferred)

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm NZT (6 AM to 12 PM PHT) with a 30 minute unpaid break

Job Description

As our Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills (preferred), you'll play a pivotal role in reshaping our brand identity and elevating our marketing efforts. You'll craft compelling property listings, design eye-catching email campaigns, and apply our fresh branding across various platforms. This position offers a unique blend of creative writing and visual design, allowing you to showcase your talents in both areas. You'll work with cutting-edge marketing tools, including Canva and potentially HubSpot, to create impactful content that resonates with our diverse clientele in both residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging content for property listings, showcasing both residential and commercial properties

Design and update Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) using Canva and our CRM tools

Apply new branding elements to existing marketing materials and documentation

Craft compelling copy for property announcements, special promotions, and marketing campaigns

Collaborate with our in-house team and external agencies to maintain brand consistency

Assist in the transition of marketing materials to our new CRM system

Contribute creative ideas to enhance our overall marketing strategy

Requirements

Proven content creation skills with a keen eye for design

Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus

Experience in creating marketing emails and EDMs

Excellent writing and communication skills

Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, with potential for long-term engagement

Adaptability to learn new tools and processes, particularly CRM systems

Familiarity with the real estate industry is beneficial but not required

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Portfolio demonstrating both writing and design capabilities
