Contact Centre Agent Panmure/Mt Wellington location Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm - no weekend work! Office based role. You will be based in Armstrong's newly renovated Group Offices, located only 5 minutes from the Panmure train station. This role is pivotal to the success of our car dealerships and is a great career move for someone with excellent customer service or call centre experience. Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to our existing client base to generate service bookings. Handling inbound overflow calls and supporting our Dealerships by allocating work for their busy and dynamic workshops 50% outbound and 50% inbound calls (soft sales) Providing exceptional support to both customers and service advisors Enjoy problem-solving to meet customer needs Application Requirements: In addition to your application, we're excited to see your personality shine through in a video cover letter!
