Job Description: Avery Dennison is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have experience in strategic planning. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
