Contact Center Representative

Job Description: Constellation Brands is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ.
As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general information.

Assist customers with resolving issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote products and services to customers.
5.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
7.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1.
4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
2.
Driven and confident personality traits.
3.
Strong attention to detail and persuasion skills.
4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
