This part-time position requires a professional who is hardworking and confident, with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate will display leadership qualities and possess critical thinking skills to handle various customer inquiries efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Service Excellence:** Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers while maintaining the integrity of the A2 Milk brand. - **Communication Management:** Responsibly handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all customer communications are logged according to company protocols. - **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and communicate these effectively, while following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. - **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide holistic solutions for customer concerns and improve overall service delivery. - **Leadership Involvement:** Assist in guiding less experienced team members, sharing knowledge, and offering support to foster a collaborative team environment. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of A2 Milk products and services to effectively educate and influence customer decisions. - **Feedback and Reporting:** Collect and report customer feedback to management to assist in ongoing service improvement initiatives and product development. - **Process Improvement:** Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in customer service processes to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction. - **Compliance Adherence:** Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations. **Requirements:** - **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or customer relations is a plus. - **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact center setting. - **Skills:** - Strong proficiency in communication (both verbal and written) to convey information clearly and effectively. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking and decision-making. - Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide others. - **Personality Traits:** - Hardworking and driven to achieve personal and team goals. - Confident in interacting with customers and making decisions that align with company values. - **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills ideally suited for handling multiple systems. **Benefits:** - Relocation allowance for candidates moving to the Hamilton area. - Company equipment to facilitate a smooth working experience. - Paid sick leave to support employee well-being. **Working Environment:** Join a dynamic workplace that values teamwork, fosters innovation, and promotes shared success.
