About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer & Family, Lived Experience Leader to join the Mental Health & Addictions Services team. The role will support the effective, efficient and culturally safe delivery of lived experience practice to tangata whaiora in Te Tai Tokerau.
This is a permanent, part time position working 28 hours per week between Monday and Friday.
About You Working with a passionate, multi-disciplinary team who place great value on putting people first, you will be highly motivated and have excellent communication and computer skills. You will also have:
Relevant experience with mental health and addictions sectorExperience working in a lived experience roleTraining or qualification relevant to the lived experience workforceLeadership experience with an understanding of engaging with communities and Whanau by working collaborativelyProject management, group facilitation; whanau and community work experience desirable (but not essential).If you are ready for your next challenge – apply today!
