The role involves actively participating in meetings, commenting on all aspects of the services, and having input into decisions that may impact the service users and their families/whanau.The Consumer Advisor should ensure that service users are an integral part of our mental health services.
Excellent communication and networking skills and the ability to build and sustain working relationships with clients and their whanau, staff, and external agencies are essential.
