These sessions help clients deepen their understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and difficulties, with the aim of developing strategies for ongoing mental wellbeing.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Better Wellbeing team!
This is a permanent part-time role (0.75FTE, 30 hours a week) based at our Rosedale Therapy Centre.You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
You'll be part of our Better Wellbeing programme, coordinating front office/reception services and appointments for clients referred to the service.
You will ensure all clients and visitors have a positive experience of the service, such as welcoming clients and addressing visitor queries whether in person, over the phone or on email, and scheduling client appointments.In addition to client-facing duties, this role will involve handling administrative responsibilities for the programme.
You will play a key role in liaising with Fresh Minds clinicians and staff, as well as with our nationwide contractor network and referring organisations.
You will support the programme to maintain a high level of client experience, service provision, and ensure service delivery timeframes are met.Tasks will include but are not limited to, providing general administrative support, daily invoicing, creating and maintaining client records, appointment bookings, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
