PwC New Zealand is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Lead to join our dynamic Customer Transformation team in either Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland or Poneke / Wellington. You will bring your knowledge and assist in solving the most important problems for our clients. You will take a holistic view of transformation, integrating strategy and operations to increase productivity and growth.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
Work amongst our industry-leading AI practice, educating and energising our clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions.
Provide strategic guidance and best practices to ensure data integrity and marketing effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and data analytics.
At least 2-3 years of experience specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of data management, integration, and marketing automation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to travel within New Zealand as needed.
