You will support the production of our market remuneration surveys, provide advice to clients on the reward and remuneration strategy, policy and processes, the commercial and strategic implications of remuneration systems and processes, director fees, executive remuneration, cash and non-cash reward issues. In this role you will:Build an understanding of how organisations work and fundamental reward concepts.Analyse data and draw insights on trends, patterns and concepts.Contribute to task completion and manage your time proactively.Work effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.Use market data to inform remuneration decisions.Ensure deliverables meet EY standards of quality and risk.Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
