Consultant - Customer Banking

As a Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing our bank, with exceptional customer service as your core focus.You'll provide suitable banking options for current and prospective customers, assisting them with their everyday banking needs, including deposits, personal lending, international payments, and insurance, taking other opportunities to deepen customer relationships with your knowledge of our products and services. Being a generalist, you'll be able to help everyday Kiwis achieve their goals across all areas of banking and grow your own career in a supportive team environment.This is a full-time position at our Manukau branch.To nail this, you'll need:Effective and professional communication skillsAccuracy and strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and handle unplanned interruptionsProven sales experience, ideally from working in a bank.What's in it for you?Not only will you be helping everyday Kiwis achieve their goals, but you'll also get to experience the Co-operative difference.
