This job requires performing the following:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and manage build timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within these scheduled timeframes, and send updated progress reports to the project manager and/or managing director.Day-to-day project management and liaising with clients to provide updates on their builds.Organisation of project supervisors and labor, ensuring purchase orders are accurate and materials delivered are correct.Undertake quality control processes throughout the construction process and action any defects to ensure work is done according to architectural drawings and specifications.Complete H&S inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition.Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all on-site workers and assist the management team with improving processes and procedures.Take other relevant duties as required.Job requirements: Applicants must meet the following requirements to apply for this job: At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant industry ORA diploma qualification or above majoring in business, construction management, or QS.Able to work independently as well as in a team.Ability to read plans and specifications.Ability to work under pressure.Positive attitude and good work ethic.Be physically fit.Minimum hours per week: 30 Hours
