We have a fantastic team, all sharing a common mission to create outstanding spaces.  We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Foreman to join our team. The Construction Project Manager / Site Foreman is responsible for efficiently coordinating and supervising the Construction teams and job site logistics including ensuring the business adheres to industry standards and regulations. What We Need From You: At least 5+ years' experience in a similar or same role. Strong project management skills and experience. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design and construction. Be able to use a smart device for communication, reporting and planning. Strong administration and computer skills, knowledge of project management software and MS Office Suite. The ability to use initiative, think ahead and plan the sequence of a project. Be able to make critical decisions while on the job. Have a strong ability to solve problems and communicate with clients, suppliers and other team members.  Have a sound knowledge in both soft and hard landscape areas and methods.  Be able to read and follow landscape plans, and have an excellent understanding of how to install designs and site construction sequencing. You must have a full driver's license and speak English fluently.
