As a Project Manager at Arco Group, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, collaborating with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations. You'll also play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring excellent outcomes for productivity, cost, and quality.Coordinate with Site Managers and subcontractors.Manage client relationships, provide weekly reports, and oversee project timelines.Handle pricing for variations, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and invoice approvals.Ensure all sites comply with Health & Safety regulations.Oversee financial aspects, ensuring projects operate above budget.Manage project completion tasks, including warranties, as-built drawings, and Code of Compliance documents.What We're Looking For: Proven project management experience in the construction industry.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor coordination.Knowledge of construction methodologies and stakeholder management.This is a great chance to join Arco Group, a company known for delivering top-tier projects and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
