Construction Project Manager

Arco Group, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team based in Whangarei. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-quality projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

As the Project Manager at Arco Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery. You'll work closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly while managing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring excellent outcomes for productivity, cost, and quality.

Coordinate with Site Managers and subcontractors.

Manage client relationships, provide weekly reports, and oversee project timelines.

Handle pricing for variations, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and invoice approvals.

Ensure all sites comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Oversee financial aspects, ensuring projects operate above budget.

Manage project completion tasks, including warranties, as-built drawings, and Code of Compliance documents.
