Look no further!We are on the hunt for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in executing a diverse range of construction projects. If you have a passion for precision, a knack for project coordination, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, we want you to be an integral part of our team.
Your Responsibilities:As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Contract and Project Manager Oversight: Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements on-site.Strategic Planning: Regularly review project plans, timelines, budgets, labor, and risk to keep projects on track.Stakeholder Management: Meet regularly with clients, third parties, and other managers to report progress and negotiate contract terms.Resource Management: Oversee project scheduling, including labor requirements across multiple projects or business units.Financial Management: Set and agree on budgets, manage contracts, handle variations, and oversee invoicing.Reporting: Ensure Project Managers provide regular reports for their projects and conduct project completion reviews.Business Development: Collaborate with the Estimating team to price and secure upcoming works, attend client/business development meetings.Human Resources: Assist with HR and recruitment, providing advice on various aspects of business operations.Special Projects: Manage and oversee special projects as needed.Meetings Participation: Attend management and operational meetings, including Health & Safety and our integrated management system.Adaptability: Perform any other tasks required to assist the wider team.Application Process:Shortlisted candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical examination and a police check as part of the selection process.
