This is a crucial role in bringing the Tauhei Solar Farm to life, helping to shape New Zealand's energy future.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily construction activities and coordination between contractors and stakeholders.Ensure quality assurance, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project.Drive project timelines, managing performance, milestones, and budgets.Oversee documentation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Provide leadership to the construction team and collaborate with technical experts.Manage and report on variation claims with contractors in line with contractual timeframes and obligations; review and recommend variation claims for approval.About You:A tertiary qualification in engineering or project management (PMP certification desirable).Over 10 years of on-site construction management experience, particularly in renewable energy or solar projects.Strong knowledge of EPCm (Engineering, Procurement, Construction management) processes and safety certifications.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across large-scale projects.Certifications in Health and Safety are highly desirable.Join a forward-thinking, innovative team that's committed to sustainability and growth.
