Construction Manager

Part of Brian Perry Civil, PipeWorks rehabilitates existing pipelines without the inconvenience and disruption of digging trenches in roads and on private properties. This approach offers a cost-effective and lower carbon way to maintain network integrity as water and wastewater infrastructure reaches the end of its useful life.
With plenty of secured work and a positive pipeline of prospects, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team! This role will be based in Mt Wellington, Auckland.
About the roleOversee the coordination of all construction activities, frontline workforce, plant and equipment involved in the delivery of the PipeWorks projects. Our projects range in value between $500k - $2m and we have a workforce of up to 50 people (and growing) working across multiple sites.
In this role you'll ensure we are operating safely within, or better than, planned downtime, training and development, and plant utilisation budgets.
