We invest in our people with genuine leadership and development opportunities available and competitive salaries available.About this roleThe Construction Manager is responsible for the delivery of construction projects to ensure they are executed efficiently, profitably, and to the appropriate standards of quality and safety following the Southbase "inside the box" systems and processes.The role is charged with developing highly capable and competent Construction Project teams, targeting, and delivering high-margin project opportunities.The Construction Manager demonstrates a focus on customer relationships and securing work while managing and ensuring all projects are controlled in line with safety, quality, programme, and profitability.Client engagement, team building and HSE are all part of this role.You will have3-5 years experience as a Construction Manager in projects ranging from $40m +Your contractual knowledge is sound and can point to relevant legislation.Previous experience working on large commercial projectsSuccessful track record in leadership positions with the ability to motivate team members and drive success is paramountNext stepsIf this opportunity ticks your boxes and you have relevant experience, Apply online today!Please include a Cover letter along with your resume outlining how your experience relates.
