Job Title: Site Safe - Construction Laborer

Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.Site Safe certification is desirable but not mandatory.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage.Ongoing work with opportunities for career growth.A supportive and professional team environment.Work based in the CBD with easy access to public transport.Safety gear and necessary equipment provided.
