Production Operator

We are looking for an experienced production operator to join our client's production team based in Seaview! This role is Sunday - Wednesday 1AM - 9:30AM (four day working week) with an opportunity for extra hours during peak production season!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and oversee the production of a variety of high-volume baked products
Operate and maintain industrial baking equipment
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure efficient and timely output
Ensure work areas meet hygiene and safety standards
Perform quality checks to uphold product standards
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a production worker, baker, or in a similar high-volume baking role
Ability to follow precise instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning hours
Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
