Construction Labourer

Job Title: C onstruction L abourer   Key tasks and responsibilities: ·         Acquire and deliver construction tools and supplies, such as drills, chisels, saws, wood, glue etc ·         Follow established safety rules and regulations ·         Loading or unloading, storing, fetching building supplies, materials, and tools and equipment, and transporting them around building sites ·         Assisting in setting up the job site and preparing the surface and layouts with the instruction of the team leader ·         Assisting with cutting and shaping materials to the specification when necessary ·         Performing tasks as directed by the supervisor to include assisting in material laying work ·         Cleaning job site once the work is done and clean tools ·         Gathering all supplies and tools at the end of the day, and ensure that they are put away in a safe and accessible place ·         Any other duties the employer may reasonably require the employee to perform   Pay rate: Minimum $23.00 / hour   Maximum $26 .00 / hour Guaranteed hours of work per week:  Minimum 30 hours , permanent full-time Requirements for the job: ·         At least 2 years work experience is required  ·         Full time availability, able to work on weekends ·         Be physically fit ·         No criminal record ·         Candidates need to be NZ citizens/residents
