If you prove to be a reliable and hard-working person, you will get the opportunity to be upskilled and possibly secure a permanent position.Wages: Between $25 - $27 per hour.Benefits:Supporting work/life balance and offering excellent work hours.Assistance with any training requirements and upskilling.Holiday Pay.Paid Annual Leave and Sick Leave.ACC Claim.Kiwisaver membership benefits.Duties of the Role:Ability to perform physical labour and other strenuous tasks.Ability to work in all weather conditions.Workers must be punctual and reliable.Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers when necessary.Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.Load or unload construction materials.Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.Remove, fill, or compact earth.Follow instructions from supervisors.Assist craft workers.Perform site clean-up.Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.Please note that you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand, and some sites may require a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.
