You will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Main responsibilities will include:Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.Supervising and mentoring C & E team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance and service.Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment.Be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the event spaces.Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following Hotel procedure and that correct charges are posted.Stocktaking and controls of beverage throughout the events operations.Ensure operations are in accordance with its Liquor License.Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Conference and Events outlet.Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.Micros knowledge desirable.Must be able to work full time, across a flexible 7-day roster.Ability to work under pressure and handle an increase in workload during peak times.Additional InformationWe offer competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
