A bit about us The Grand by SkyCity is a 5 star luxury Hotel and is one of New Zealand's most popular hotels, located in the heart of SkyCity.
We are very busy and an amazing opportunity has arisen to become a vital part of our dedicated Concierge team.
A bit about the role: As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service by sharing your wealth of knowledge of what to see and do around Auckland as well as overseeing daily activities of our Porters and providing support and preparing rosters to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service is flawless.
A bit about you: Your excellent communication skills, genuine passion for the hotel industry and people will be vital, and previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment, is required.
