In our expanding company, we are looking for a Composite Supervisor experienced in the assembly of a range of aerospace products to customer specifications. Working to set deadlines to achieve performance targets and customer delivery commitments.

Experience Required

Maintaining component traceability and ensuring the highest quality standards with minimal scrap

A good understanding in varied and complex tooling

Key Responsibilities

You will report to the section Manager on the following:

Ensure your team is working to the current production plan or deadlines

Justifying overtime as required

Work on production improvement to eliminate waste

Be the area champion for 5S (Training Given)

Be a focal point to implement tool control

Reporting any absences

Ensure the objectives set are met or exceeded

Deputise for the supervisor in their absence

Be the first line for any disciplinary action

Support H/S and report any issues

Attend daily briefings and support training needs within the department

Ensure department TPM is up to date

Carry out weekly audits to ensure department compliance
