Whilst the focus of this role will be to monitor and ensure compliance with the District Plan in accordance with the Resource Management Act 1991, the role holder will also be involved in other compliance work such as the monitoring and enforcement of Council bylaws.

Minimum Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Resource Management Planning or a related discipline, or experience in a similar role.
A good understanding of the Resource Management Act 1991.
A sound working knowledge of the interpretation of District Plans.
Extensive knowledge of local government compliance requirements, standards, monitoring, and regulations.
High level of written, verbal, and information processing capabilities.
This is a permanent role and offers 40 hours per week. The annual salary for this role is $70,232.05 -$82,625.94 per annum. Check out a copy of the position description here . For further information please email us at ****** .
