M&E Compliance ManagerLocation: St AustellType: PermanentWe are seeking a Compliance Manager with an M&E bias to join an established property services team.The Compliance Manager will be responsible for all Health & Safety property compliance relating to the performance of Property Services functions including gas installations, servicing and repairs, electrical safety, fire safety, building safety, legionella, asbestos, and lifts.You will drive and develop compliance for all service areas to achieve and maintain performance. This includes liaising with customers, developing service delivery, providing equality, and preparing and implementing opportunities for growth/innovation within this service area.You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place so that all teams and people are effectively managed, have a clear focus on quality, health and safety, customer focus, and are motivated to achieve challenging objectives, including the in-house trade apprentices.What you will need: A degree or Level 5 equivalent in a relevant discipline - ideally mechanical or electrical engineering Evidence of CPD and are prepared to undertake relevant training to further your knowledge base Experience of managing/appraising staff and team building in a substantial scale Property Maintenance function Senior management experience in property maintenance/construction management Budgetary management Up to date health and safety knowledge in the workplace Knowledge of IEE (18TH edition), Gas Safety, Fire Safety, Legionella, and Asbestos Management It is essential you can evidence skills which will improve services and performance including complaints management and have experience of change management.Offering an excellent holiday allowance and benefits package, this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate.To Apply:For an informal discussion please call Jo Lambert on (phone number removed) or apply as instructed.
