We have an opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join a top performing line 2 risk team at ASB Bank. Do you have previous experience and knowledge of obligations management and compliance? This is a progressive and collaborative team with an inclusive culture which will support you on your career journey. This is a permanent role based in at ASB North Wharf offering hybrid working.
This role will see you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the business to ensure prudential & licensing requirements are understood, well embedded, and met through a robust control environment.
An understanding of key pieces of legislation and regulatory requirements including RBNZ Act, FMC Act, and underlying licensesExperience in obligations management and compliance risk management and the ability to advise on best practicePrevious experience in financial services and an awareness of the regulatory landscape and upcoming regulatory changeStrong stakeholder management and the ability to provide effective review and challengeThe desire to take ownership and accountability for delivering outcomesAbility to work collaboratively with the Compliance team and support colleagues in delivering on prioritiesAdaptability and the ability to re-prioritise work when significant matters ariseStrong planning, time management and multi-tasking skillsTe mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB In return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
