What we offer: Competitive salary package including staff benefitsExcellent team cultureOngoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskillingWhat you will do: Coordinating the compliance processEnsuring that the Wormald compliance processes are adhered to and the issuing of 12A certificates & Building warrants are prepared and submitted to independent qualified people (IQP) for approvalCustomer service requests coordination (from initiation to completion)How you will do it: Be a champion for the compliance team and its continuous processes within WormaldEnsure all activities to be consistent with desired business outcomes and agreed processes. Instigate actions to address any issues detected.Ensure the production and distribution of 12A & BWOF certificates highlighting potential issues for supervisor/management attentionInteract with business managers and supervisors to ensure testing routines and results are completedWhat we look for: Experience in the building services industryAdministrative work experienceKnowledge of Building Act and compliance requirementsWorking knowledge of Astea and Pronto systems preferredPlease note pre-employment checks – including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing – will form part of the eligibility process.
