NTL Horticulture is a family-owned business specializing in fruit production, with two sites in Whangarei. We have been in the horticulture business for 50 years, growing and packing Persimmons and Avocados. We take pride in producing high-quality, export-grade fruit for domestic and international markets. Our large team consists of long-term permanent employees, and we have an administration team that includes HR, operations administrators, and compliance officers. We have an opportunity for someone to join our compliance department within the administration team.
Qualifications & Experience No formal qualifications required.
Experience in basic compliance.
Experience in risk management.
Experience in relationship management.
Experience in internal auditing.
Tasks & Responsibilities Writing reports.
Internal auditing.
Maintaining and developing compliance systems.
