We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Community Support Service teams who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Services, the Community Support Services Manager role will allow you to use your knowledge, leadership experience, and organisational skills to lead our Community Support Services based in the Canterbury region.
This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week), predominantly Monday to Friday. It also includes wider community and sector engagement.
About you:
Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in health and/or management (or relevant qualification or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years' experience leading core services and operational delivery with proven experience implementing practice principles and service delivery models.
People leadership and management is crucial in this role, and you will have successfully managed day-to-day team operations with experience leading and developing high performing teams.
Your sound understanding of how to support clients within the health/social sector and proven experience implementing and monitoring best practice contracted service delivery will be key.
Alongside your ability to demonstrate knowledge and practice of the principles of the Te Tiriti O Waitangi, you will have a track record of establishing credibility and building excellent working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have the skills to report against objectives resulting in consistency and achievement of key service delivery outcomes.
