Whanau Awhina Plunket is the largest service in Aotearoa supporting the health and wellbeing of tamariki under-five and their whanau. We provide clinical support through our traditional well child checks, 24/7 telehealthcare via PlunketLine, as well as community support such as playgroups where whanau can gather and form lasting positive relationships within their community.
We are looking for a compassionate and resilient individual to join our team as a Community Health Worker in Palmerston North. This is an exciting opportunity to work with whanau in a community-based environment, providing practical support and advice.
