Our client is a not-for-profit that prevents good food from going to landfill and redirects it to communities who need it most. They are seeking a creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to join their dynamic team and help them highlight the impactful work they are doing through compelling and engaging content.
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a key role in crafting and disseminating content that showcases the organisation's positive impact. This role requires a creative storyteller with the ability to develop engaging copy and creative assets for various platforms including website, social media, stakeholder reports, blogs, e-newsletters, print and other communication channels.
Working cross functionally, this role will develop messages that resonate with target audiences and align with brand voice and values.
The right person for this role will have a marketing, communications or similar qualification with a minimum 2-3 years Marketing or Communications experience. You will have exceptional writing and editing skills paired with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar. You will be skilled with digital marketing tools and platforms, and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and be a creative/strategic thinker, and always looking for new ways to tell stories and reach target audiences.
