Together the Group forms a Sixth Form, Skills and Technology Centre, University Centre, employer training and adult learning provider delivering exceptional teaching and learning to all ages and at all levels.
The Exciting Role
The College Group is looking for a Communications Executive to join our expanding Marketing and Communications Team. This role will be predominantly based at Lancashire Adult Learning; however, flexibility is required as the successful candidate will also be required to travel across any of the College campuses.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting the Head of Communications in the delivery of the Group's communication strategies to support learner attraction and protect and enhance reputation.
Developing engaging content across multiple channels including press releases, web copy, case studies, blog posts, email and campaign copy.
Coordinating media calls and pitching for media interviews.
Developing and delivering creative and engaging media and communications campaigns.
Contributing to department reports evidencing the impact of all communications activity.
Working with the Head of Communications to deliver an internal communication strategy for colleagues to increase engagement and understanding of the organisational vision and business priorities.
Working closely with the marketing team to manage content for NCCG's digital channels, including websites, social channels and SEO.
Drafting award entries to celebrate the success of our learners and colleagues and raise the profile of the Group.
Using innovative multimedia channels to engage and enthuse key audiences and stakeholders across the Group.
What We Are Looking For:
Degree Level Qualification in a relevant field.
Experience of dealing with the media.
Experience of delivering impactful integrated communications campaigns.
Experience of using analytics tools to measure the impact of communications activity.
Experience of creating engaging content across multiple channels for a wide and diverse audience.
Experience of internal communications.
