If you are ready to take on new challenges and make an impact – Let's get to work.ABOUT THE JOBJob Purpose:We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Communications and Marketing Lead to join our team at IGP. In this role, you will develop and supervise all marketing and communications strategies, including overseeing the development of goals and implementation plans for marketing campaigns. You will maintain our organisations brand integrity, ensuring alignment with our purpose and vision, strategically positioning IGP as an industry leader.Key Responsibilities:Communications and Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing plans.Align marketing and communications plans with company goals and target audience needs.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Campaign Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated communications and marketing campaigns across various platforms.Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets.Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.Brand and Message Management:Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all channels.Develop and enforce brand and communication guidelines for internal and external communications.Content Creation and Management:Develop and manage a content calendar for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.Produce high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and multimedia.Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and company branding.Market Analysis:Conduct regular market analysis to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.Analyse competitor strategies and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.Utilise data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.Budget Management:Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Track spending, assess cost-effectiveness, and adjust budgets as necessary.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company objectives.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.Event Coordination:Plan, organise, and execute company events, including product/service launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee communication.ABOUT YOU:Qualification and Experience:A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, media and journalism, or equivalent experience.Proven strategic experience in designing and executing communications and marketing plans across all forms of media for a range of audiences.Excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile and reputation of an organisation, and use of analytics tools to make data-informed decisions.Sound working knowledge of digital channels, including websites and social media.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to relate across the organisation.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative communications and marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities.Legal and Other Requirements:Compliance with pre-employment testing, police checks, and medical examination.Ability to legally work in New Zealand.Valid NZ Driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be willing to travel through Waikato and Bay of Plenty 3-4 days per week.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Training opportunities and a substantial "playground" to grow your skill set.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunity to make a significant impact within an organisation with a clear vision.If you are a proactive, results-driven professional with a proven track record in Communications and Marketing, and a passion for innovation and excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
