We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Communications and Engagement Advisor to support and lead a wide range of internal and external communications and engagement activities right across the organisation. In this role you will get to use and expand your skill set to provide high-quality, relevant and timely communications and engagement support and delivery - helping coordinate a wide range of activity across a range of internal and stakeholder channels. You'll be part of and contribute to a busy professional team that sits within the wider Strategy and Executive Services Directorate. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive and high-performing team with many development opportunities working with and supporting a wide range of teams across the Treasury. We are looking for candidates with the following attributes: You're a communications and engagement professional looking to take the next step in your career, You are energetic and positive with outstanding interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport, trust, and relationships, You've developed a proactive and collaborative working style, You have well-developed skills at creating audience-focused content for a wide range of channels, You can see the 'big picture' and can grasp complex information quickly, You have excellent planning and administrative skills, Experience in project and event management environments, Excellent written capability to present complex ideas in an easily understood format.
