Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)We are a not for profit in Wellington, specialising in a holistic service for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and other common forms of mental distress.This is a new role and the Communications Adviser will be centre stage working with our operations team keeping our stakeholders, sponsors, staff and the Community up to speed with what's going on.As a pro-active person with loads of initiative, you'll get to utilise all your experience, creativity and flair in this role. We are keen for you to lead, plan and implement how our Centre works with internal and external stakeholders, keeping information flowing and promoting our Centre's objectives.The role will be a varied one, working closely with the General Manager to enhance brand visibility and reputation, coordinate funding, sponsors, and communication needs for the Centre.Experience & KnowledgeTertiary qualification, experience in stakeholder management and 5+ years work experience in a similar role.A strong communicator with expertise in managing multiple stakeholder relationshipsProven ability in developing and implementing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganised, with an ability to work on multiple projects at the same time under tight timeframes.Confident and personable, comfortable being with main communications liaison for the organisation.Skills & AttributesA strong customer focus and a commitment to go the extra mile to get the job done.Flexible, reliable, adaptable and focused, whilst remaining resilient and able to cope under pressureAbility to influence attitudes and behaviours, with good problem analysis and problem solving skillsAn ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a positive teamStrong work ethic and prepared to take ownership of work outputsHOW TO APPLYWe will only be accepting applications from those within NZ who are legally entitled to work here.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
