Working as a chef in pastry you will be involved in: Learning new pastry tips and tricksProduction of fine pastry goods for the restaurant, events, conferencing and staff celebrationsDriving service standards to ensure the highest service delivery possible.Qualifications
What you will bring with you? A minimum of one year experience in a commercial kitchenSome pastry experience or a desire to learn the art of pastryExceptional organisational and guest service delivery skillsThorough understanding around kitchen hygiene, environmental and food safety standards.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to effectively communicate to a wide diverse audienceAbility to work well in a busy environment, while maintaining high standardsBe able to work rotating shifts, across a 7 day rosterAdditional Information
