Role Overview: As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial sales operations, focusing on building strong relationships with businesses, institutions, and corporate clients. Your role will be to drive sales strategies, manage key accounts, and deliver outstanding results in the retail electronics sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial sales targets in the retail electronics sector.Identify new business opportunities with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government sectors.Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure competitive positioning.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the corporate and B2B space.Provide tailored electronics and technology solutions to meet the specific needs of commercial clients.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and regular engagement.Account Management & Sales Execution: Manage key commercial accounts and oversee the sales pipeline from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.Lead negotiations for large contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Work closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the commercial sales team, providing guidance and support to meet team objectives.Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members, offering ongoing coaching to improve results.Sales Reporting & Analytics: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest electronics, gadgets, and technology trends in the market.Train the sales team on new products, ensuring they can effectively present solutions to commercial clients.Work with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs and potential gaps in the product range.Collaboration with Internal Departments: Partner with marketing and purchasing teams to create promotional offers and bulk purchasing deals tailored to commercial clients.Work with the customer service and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services to clients.Business Development: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and grow business contacts.Engage in outreach efforts to develop new corporate partnerships and increase market share in the B2B segment.About You: Proven experience as a Commercial Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar role within the electronics or technology retail industry.Demonstrated success in achieving commercial sales targets and growing B2B sales channels.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of electronics retail and corporate purchasing behaviors.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and technology solutions.What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Discounts on the latest electronics and technology products.Supportive team culture and a dynamic work environment.
