About the Firm An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Waikato legal market with a leading law firm in the region. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their supportive and dynamic team.
About the Opportunity This role focuses primarily on commercial property matters, where you will work closely with senior members of the firm's Commercial Property team. They are looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally in the mid-level range of 3-5 years PQE. The position involves handling a variety of interesting and complex matters, including but not limited to, commercial and residential conveyancing, commercial leases, subdivisions, refinancing, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, easements, and property development.

About You Experience: A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Motivation: A reliable and motivated individual who excels at multitasking and meeting deadlines. Team Player: Able to work effectively within a busy team environment, yet also confident working independently when required. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well to both clients and colleagues. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all legal documentation and transactions. Client-Focused: A client-centric approach, committed to providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships. Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to managing changing priorities.
