Commercial Property Sales Manager - North Shore Are you a strategic and dynamic leader with a passion for commercial real estate?
Join our North Shore team as the Commercial Property Sales Manager, where you'll drive performance and inspire a team of experienced real estate agents, across retail, commercial, and industrial sales or leasing.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of commercial sales and leasing agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement team-wide sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share, through identifying growth opportunities and staying ahead of market trends.
Oversee administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in sales transactions.
With the support of our in-house Legal team, support agents in drafting legal documents.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with landlords, building managers, suppliers, and industry partners through active networking.
Manage performance by guiding high achievers to continuously improve, and support underperforming agents with improvement plans, utilising your own skills and experience.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and industry standards in real estate, staying current with legislative changes.
This role will retain the opportunity to build and leverage your own network and continue to earn through selling.
About you: Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial real estate.
Experience working with a reputable agency or major property investment/development firm.
Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Valid real estate licence, preference for Branch manager or AREINZ qualifications.
The right to work in New Zealand.
