2-Month contract hourly rate or Fixed termNorth Shore LocationCirca $50-$55 per hourMy client is a well-known property management company based on the North Shore.Due to one of the Commercial Property team going on maternity leave, there is an opportunity for a short-term contractor to manage a portfolio of commercial clients across office, warehousing, and retail.This will include a number of activities including:Property inspections and arranging maintenance with contractorsEngaging with clients and managing their lease agreementProperty management administrationEnsuring Health and Safety obligations are adhered toManaging software system and entering relevant dataTo be successful in this role, it is essential you have Commercial Property Management experience, ideally have used Re-Leased software (although not essential).
