We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our busy Property/Commercial team in Tauranga.
About the Role:
You will work within an energetic and collegial team managed by a Partner across a range of work including:
Development funding;
Developments – land acquisition, due diligence, structuring and pre-sale agreements;
Commercial property - acting for landlords/property owners – acquisitions, disposals, structuring and leasing;
Residential and commercial conveyancing;
Subdivisions – both residential and commercial; and
Some asset protection.
The team comprises a mix of Lawyers, Legal Executives and Support Staff at differing stages of their careers.
What we are looking for:
Qualified Legal Executive with 1-3 years' experience;
Has knowledge of concepts and structures around how financing, mortgages and securities work;
Strong client service orientation and a desire to add real value to every client interaction;
Strong work ethic;
Excellent communication, written, analytical and transaction management skills; and
Down to earth and collaborative interpersonal style (be a team player).
